My background spans product roles in software-led organisations and earlier experience in hedge funds, which means I'm comfortable moving between user needs, technical realities, and commercial decision-making.
Along the way, I've learned that good product work is rarely about perfect processes or fashionable frameworks. It's about judgement: knowing when to explore and when to commit, when to simplify and when to go deeper, and how to bring people with you when the answers aren't obvious.

Why
I wanted to learn SQL in a way that matched how I work as a Product Manager — self-serving data to unblock decisions. Instead of taking a course, I built something and learned by doing.

What
Web app that helps travellers stay compliant with the Schengen 90/180-day rule. Built with deterministic rolling-window calculations and clear UX for anxious travelers.
Why
I built the monitor because I couldn't visualise when my Schengen days actually fell off and spreadsheets weren't cutting it.

Within a B2B SaaS environment,I focused on building product and platform capabilities that supported both growth and customer operations. A key area of work involved introducing a new content management system to improve how the internal website was managed, enabling faster content updates and supporting top-of-funnel growth through increased sign-ups and sales demo bookings. In parallel, I worked on enhancing core helpdesk software functionality used by customers, including revamping the Guides feature within the platform’s Knowledge Base functionality to improve usability and self-service for end users.

Early-stage startup environment where I focused on validating product direction and commercial viability ahead of scale. I led early discovery work with prospective users to understand pain points and jobs-to-be-done, using those insights to refine the initial product concept and prototype. Alongside this, I explored and tested different business model assumptions, helping the Founder assess pricing, revenue mechanics, and long-term sustainability.

My role sat at the intersection of product marketing and product strategy, helping define how the product (CMS system for beauty brands) should be positioned, who it was for, and how it would go to market. I led discovery-style workshops with stakeholders, tested assumptions around value propositions and distribution, and helped translate ambiguous ideas into clearer narratives and strategic choices.

I worked across both Investment Operations and Account Management, where I effectively operated as an internal product manager focused on improving systems, tooling, and workflows that supported investment teams and clients. Within Operations, I led initiatives to digitise and redesign internal reporting and accounting processes, translating user needs from finance, treasury, and portfolio teams into practical system improvements that significantly reduced manual effort, cycle times, and operational risk. In parallel, my role in Account Management involved partnering closely with portfolio managers and clients to deliver tailored analytics and reporting, requiring strong stakeholder management, prioritisation, and a service-oriented mindset.
