Surrounded by data and analysts, I still had no safe place to actually practise SQL. So I built one: a realistic fake SaaS product with a Postgres database, and learned by solving real-looking problems.

I built a Schengen 90/180 calculator because I couldn't visualise when my days would fall off.
Anyone travelling Europe without residency knows the feeling: wait, do I still have days left, or am I about to get deported? I got tired of manually counting, so I built a tool that does the rolling-window maths for me.
