Case studies
Shipped products with measurable impact, end to end.

Freely TV
Took Freely from blank page to launch. Led product discovery, UX, and delivery for a UK streaming app backed by the four public service broadcasters: BBC, ITV, Channel 4, and Channel 5.
- 1M+active devices
- On timelaunch

Deskpro CMS
Designed and shipped a headless CMS for Deskpro's corporate site. Worked closely with engineers to re-architect the editorial flow so the marketing team could publish without waiting on a dev.
- 90%time to publish
- 150%avg. visit duration

Visual Guide
Shaped and tested the on-demand area of a content discovery experience for a major UK pay-TV operator, helping viewers find shows and brands they would otherwise miss. Ran a controlled A/B experiment to prove the lift before rollout.
- 8%VoD engagement
- 7%new brand discovery
Builds
Things I've built myself, solo and with AI, from shipped tools with real users to a venture in the making.

Schengen Monitor
A live web app that makes the EU's 90/180 day rule easy to see at a glance. Built solo with AI in a few evenings, now a free tool with a small base of paying users.
- 5 hrssaved per trip
- Livewith paying users

AI Lead Qualifier
An AI voice receptionist for trades businesses: it answers the calls a busy plumber would miss, qualifies the job, triages urgency, and books it. A working proof of concept, built solo with AI.
- Livedemo + chatbot

Atelier
An AI-native back office for independent creatives: it watches the tools they already use and quietly handles the admin, starting with the pain that hurts most, getting paid on time. Currently building, MVP live.
- MVPlive, validating

Compass
A discovery tool I built to run customer research for Atelier: capture interviews, score which problems matter most, and shape them into an opportunity-solution tree. Where evidence becomes a product decision.
- 300+pain points mapped

SQL Playground
An open-source SQL playground built on a realistic SaaS dataset (users, subscriptions, revenue, events), modelled and seeded so you can query the product questions that actually drive decisions. Built solo in a day.
